| Emmitt and Pat Miller Submitted by: LeeAnn Longbotham | Update on the Millers from Tanya. Emmett was released today but Pat is still in critical condition: \"Dad is resting at the house with me. Terry went to get his meds. Mom has lost some blood but not from the head so they will do a scan on her abdominal area. They had to give her some blood. She is breathing more on her one so they cut back the ventilator some. Still haven\'t heard about xray. We will go around 5 to take dad and maybe we will know more. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers.\" One more update on the Millers from Tanya: \"There was no bleeding in moms abdominal area so they think it was just catching up with her from the accident. They gave her blood and her coloring looks better. They started her back on her MS meds at noon and they can see some progress from that. She barely opened her eyes once but didn\'t focus. She is really moving a lot and I saw her yawn big. Still no response on commands. Dad is at the harvest house [a house owned by one of the Church of Christ] resting. He is getting around better. He will go once a day to redress his wounds. (thank goodness I don\'t have to) thank you for the prayers. It has truly been amazing all the love that has been shown.\" | 11-09-2011 |

| Mulitple tragedies for JD and Crystal Akin Family Submitted by: Jay Eldridge | JD and Crystal have had a year of what they have called \"The Job Affect\". JD lost his job and has been working to build his own business, Crystal lost her father and brother, then their house burned down and they lost everything in their home. Their marriage is taking a tole from all the stress and now they have lost their 25 yr. old daughter who was also a mother. All of these tragedies have happened within the year.
